I proudly have over 25 years of experience serving both public and privately-held companies in the construction, manufacturing, distribution, and transportation industries. My career in public accounting has been both rewarding and diverse, allowing me to specialize in several key areas, including tax planning for mergers and acquisitions, international tax planning, IRS exams, accounting for income taxes (ASC 740), and state and local tax issues.

As a CPA with a PFS designation, I have had the privilege of coordinating domestic and international tax planning services for various manufacturing and distribution entities. My experience extends to structuring business acquisitions and dispositions, and I have developed significant expertise in international taxation. I assist companies in establishing optimal tax structures for joint ventures across a variety of countries, ensuring they achieve their strategic goals while remaining compliant with complex international tax regulations.

I grew up in Puyallup, Washington, and currently reside in Summerfield with my wonderful wife, Nicole, and our twins, Alexander and Allison. Outside of work, I cherish spending time with my family and enjoy traveling, playing golf, and supporting the Seattle Seahawks and ASU Mountaineers.
